Altered Minds Apparel ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at alteredmindsapparel.com. We are an independent festival apparel brand. Orders are processed through our Etsy store and fulfilled via Printful and Printify.
We collect the following information only when you voluntarily provide it:

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Every item in our store is made to order — printed and fulfilled fresh for you via Printful and Printify.
2–6 business days from when you place your order.

Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors on the customer's part. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll resend it at no extra cost.

Your gear is made to last — treat it right and it will.
Machine wash cold with a gentle detergent. Wash inside out to protect the print.
Hang dry wherever possible. Tumble dry on low if needed — avoid high heat.
Turn inside out. Do not iron directly over any printed or decorated areas.
